you might also want to get the slow release iron pills because of constipation.

ask your doctor for ferralet 90s. those have a mixture of all the iron you need, stool softner and vitamins. I had to take 2 with my first and I would feel better taking them. but regular pure iron makes me sick so I don't take iron anymore especially since the doctor I have now wouldn't prescribe them to me.

@brandylemonds15, it can cause preterm labor and low birth weight. make sure you get your iron in at least. the prenatals can be skipped if you're really not doing well with them.

For acid reflux laying a pillow under your tummy helped me when I had acid reflux @brandylemonds15

The regular iron pills made me sick. I had to start taking liquid iron. That helped but it's nasty

My doctors told me to take then together. I take my iron pills & my prenatals.

We tried taking my prenatals both at night and I'm the morning with both I just threw the pill up and if I didn't I was sick beyond belief so they told me to stop taking them and try flintstones vitamins and those make me sick to .... So I'm really worried about having to take the iron pills , do you know how low iron affects baby ?

I was told to take your prenatal vitamin opposite of when you take your iron because it can be iron overload and I would take your iron at night. I tried it in the morning and I felt terrible all day and now I don't feel it at all.

Umm I just got the same orders. I'm not taking it, it's horrible. What I will do is naturally boost it.

I take them both at night before bed.
