Tried taking our own newborn pictures today, the first little session at least. I figured I'd take some pictures everyday for a few days rather than try to fit it all into one day. I'm pretty happy with the results today 😍❤ (I am a photographer, I just don't specialize in newborn photography, but this momma is on a budget)

Ugh I could just stare at her all day. 3 days old and I already feel like she's progressing so fast. She's perfect, I don't know how we got so lucky. I love my new little family 😍

My beautiful baby girl, welcome to the world Scarlett Olivia 💕 started my induction at 10pm last night, had stacked contractions starting around 4am with finally getting to 2cm dilated around 5am and got my epidural, around 6:30am I was at 3cm then at 8am we got to 4cm, come time for 9:30am to roll around and we were at 9cm. Thankfully I didn't even have to get the pitocin, just the 2 doses of the pills to soften my cervix at 10pm and 2am. Baby girl arrived at 10:51am on September 27 2016 at 7lb...
