Try taking them a night before bed.

I never took prenatals with my last 4 pregnancies and I won't with this one. All my kids came out perfectly healthy.

They were making me sick as well. Have you tried taking them at night before bed?

It's my understanding that prenatals are more for momma than baby. The baby is going to get what they need from your body... The vitamins just keep you from being stripped of what you need.

they made me sick so i just take 2 of my kids nemo gummie vitamins everyday along with my iron pills

Make sure you eat while or before taking them. That always helped me.

I haven't taken prenatals since I was 10 weeks and I just had an ultrasound and they said baby boy is perfectly healthy.

I had to stop taking mine I took the pills and they made me sick and so I switched to the gummies and they made me even sicker.

some women choose not to take them. but you should talk to your doctor to decide what is best for you

Try other kinds! The ones I first started taking made me really sick. I had to try some others to see what worked for me
