I have used my Medela one with 2 of my kids and will use it with this one also I got mine 7 years ago with my preemie and it still works like the day I got it I love mine would never get any other brand @blessedw7
I'll admit I got an Ameda one but I don't think it's the same one. plus, I haven't used it yet. but I liked the features. but Medela is definitely a popular/good one.

For sure! I got it two days after I ordered it, but it was sent to my moms house in California because that's where my insurance is out of. I'll be going there this weekend and opening up the package! I'll let you know how it is once I see it :)

@blessedw7, as of right now it's still processing but it said process 7-10 days then 1-2 days for delivery. It's only been a week today so hopefully I hear something from them soon!

I've heard so many great things about the madela pump and it's the one I ordered!
So if my insurance approved my breast pump a month before I deliver and my doctor won't approve it until 6 weeks post partum has any one ever been told this this crap? Now I can't get a breast pump because they won't sign the prescription until I have my baby and wait 6 weeks just for them to fax back a piece of paper said it's not necessary to have one
Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖

I've already done what I needed to find out what type of pump I get covered through insurance. It turns out, with my insurance, I can't even get my pump shipped to me until I call them with all the birth details of my baby. So...wth am I supposed to do having a baby and no pump?! I plan to pump exclusively and this REALLY throws a wrench in my plans.
