Has a very unsettled baby. He keeps crunching up his legs as if he is in pain & is puking a lot more. He's still feeding well (every 3 hours) & putting on weight. I'm assuming it's constipation but even then his nappies haven't been concerning. I've given him infacol but it doesn't seem to be working. We even tried a warm bath at 3am but again didn't calm him enough to sleep. Any advice ladies?

@laa286, no 😔 he was a right pickle last night. Not settling for a good 2 hours after a feed. So I got like 3 hours sleep in total last night. But he doesn't seem to be crunching up as much. Ringing the midwife today to see what she suggests xx

My little boy was like that we tried everything he in fact has a condition called pyloric stenosis so had to have operation on his tummy to thin a muscle in his tummy because the muscle is too thick, we are in hospital now and he is improving already x

I personally would see if he sleeps well on his tummy. If you're not comfortable with it don't do it, I know a lot of people who wouldn't. my son slept on his belly from birth. He didn't have colic or anything. It's just how he was most relaxed x

@laa286, I sort of know what you mean :p but yes if you could send me a picture when little one wakes up that would be amazing! 😘 I've layed him down on my legs and rubbed his back but that didn't help 😰 xx

when my little one have been like this I have (right this may be awkward to explain but I'll try) laying one side of their cheeks face down onto my elbow looking at floor, your arm that he's laying on round his side and hold his leg then put other hand onto his belly and rub gently. this was my mum's way of soothing us and seemed to work with all mine too 😃 I will try send u photo when my boy wakes up if u like? xx

Try winding him? He might just have blocked wind which gives them a tummy ache xx
