My baby is 6 months next month & he likes to sleep on his side. Is it bad if I roll a blanket behind him and leave it like that throughout the night? because if he goes on his back he will wake up every few min... but idk because of the whole SID thing. Example:

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
So my son is 5 years old and he's very behind on knowing his ABC's and numbers and also writing his name. I don't know what to do because he starts kinder next month.

He should be fine with a blanket rolled behind him. Being a mama is scary though and I feel your worries! They actually make these baby block things you can put behind them so they don't roll. I have some for my son and they were great for when he was little! Let me try and find a pic of them.

@queendavis yes show me a pic. I've never seen that before but see he been sleeping with us awhile now and he moves so much and will squirm until he comfy so i don't feel like he will suffocate but now I'm just a little scared because he will sleep in the other room now. his own room!

This is what they are! And they're adjustable so it grows with them. It really does help and my son used one til he was about 11.5 months

You can take the front part off as well that way it just sits behind them! My son liked having both parts on though cuz it kept him snug.

DO NOT STICK A BOPPY IN HIS CRIB! It can kill him. There was an article about a little boy that just died a couple days ago because of one and it says it on the tag it can kill them.

@lovebuggg2016 funny thing is when he was smaller he slept on it and 1 night I woke up and he rolled and face was down. my heart dropped but he was fine and breathing and ever since then I stooled letting him sleep on it

I mean if your own your side and lets say your arm falls asleep or you're uncomfortable you'd want to turn over. So imagine when u want to but can't really do it.

@forever_hungry he can roll on his own tho.. if he on his back he can push to his stomach and when he on his stomach he can push to his back. but he stays asleep better on his side.

Yes no boopy!! my old pediatrician recommended it for Alauras reflux, it was great until I woke up to her face buried in it not moving. I thought she was dead. NEVER AGAIN! it was terrible
