Yeah every 2-3 hour. Sometimes I'll push it to 4 and I get 4 -8oz. I don't do more than 20 min each session because the doc said not to

I use a 24mm now maybe I do need to go down a size

I do 10 min every few hours

this is a sizing thing. it helps. standard size is 24mm I had to go down to a 19mm and i get my milk much faster now.

your flanges may be the wrong size. it can make it take longer.
