If you have your pregnancy medical records in a hospital or a clinic in a town where I used to live at and next thing I want to have my medical records transferred is that possible to have it transferred
Because I have to be on mental health medication after birth I am unable to breastfeed😔 what are some good formulas for babies? I know breast is best but I can’t be on the medication I need and breast feed.
So I got a letter from medical getting the notice of the transfer and change of county/address so does that mean I can now get seen at hospitals that take medical?
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
And they aggravated me because I asked for a copy of my own records and they are trying to charge me $1 for every page 🙄 why can I not have access to MY OWN medical records for free.
Public arrest records How do I find these without having to pay money? I've tried several different sites, and all of them want money to show me the records. I know there has to a free way to do this?
