My L&D Story!

December 20th me and my fiancée were busy packing all day to move into our new apartment later that night,around 9:00pm I got a weird feeling in my stomach and decided I had enough for the day and I'd just let my fiancée finish up with what was left (loading the Uhal) by 10:30 we stopped at the gas station to fill up,and for me to use the restroom,my stomach still felt really weird and it just kept getting worse. So since I was suppose to be due on the 20th I went ahead and went to the hospital. I was indeed in labor. But only 2cm dialated and 80% thinned out. At 3:00am on December 21st my water broke. I had 3 really strong contractions and had to get and epidural. I was in so much pain I wasn't able to move. So waiting for the epidural wasn't really an option. The nurse came back in to check on me sometime around 8 I was now dilated 6cm and just had a little left to thin out. 20 minutes later,I was completely dilated and the babies head was crowning. I pushed for about 10-15 minutes and my sweet baby boy was born at 10:45am on December 21st. 7pounds 11oz, 20.5 inches long. 💙
