My milk supply has decreased a lot in the last few weeks to the point where now when I pump I don't even get an ounce out of either breast. Okay so I was told by my midwife not to expect my period for at least six months because I'm EBF. I'm currently almost 3 month postpartum and this morning while I was using the bathroom I noticed some dark red blood and a quarter sized clot (sorry TMI) after I wiped. I put a panty liner on to see if anything would happen and now there's some brown spotting. Could this be a period? Should I be concerned?
