Not the greatest picture, but there's this rash popping up on random parts of my son's body. They kinda look like goosebumps. He doesn't seem to be bothered by it but it kinda just appeared out of nowhere. Anyone's babies had this before? Normal or something I should be concerned about?

Looks like eczema. Most babies have that but outgrow it. Doc can prescribe a cream or you can just buy a lotion from the local pharmacy like eucerin or aquaphor those say eczema relief

Mine took a week to pop its probably just sweat glands that are clogged

No, no fever. And they don't pop. They showed up maybe a week ago and have been there since. At first just on his chin and neck and then his belly arms and legs. @abeals04

Does he have a fever I got those when I was five and they would pop and they were filled with liquid but it was because I had a fever
