Any advice on how to produce more milk?

Can you fall out of Love
or is it just that you begin to see them
in a different way?

Any fitness advice on how to recover from a csection..I know you can't really be right the first weeks so can't have a flat stomach right away
but I don't wna have my stomach skin all loose either😑 and what about the foods I can eat or drink while breastfeeding?

Asked my doctor about having my Baby normal since I had my 1st csection about 7 yrs ago..
She provided me with the info & risk.
For a C-section there is a chance my scar can open up during labor yet it's only been a few cases it happens but for this I will have to sign a consent bcux me or the baby can be at risk if it was to happen. She said if I do a csection then I will be scheduled for one at 39 weeks. I'm currently 35.
She said to think about it and just let her know

It gets boring being awake
when everyone else is sleeping.

This inner bone & labia hurts so Bad😔
Specially when I make movements
like from getting up from sitting or laying down..

Question: if you're first born was a csection Is it possible you get scheduled another one for baby#2?

Now i know what they meant when they say every pregnancy is different..
