I am not someone to Mom shame at all but as a mom I want the best for every child, well I have a social media friend and she has a 1 month old and she’s breastfeeding exclusively but every weekend she parties and drinks like crazy and I asked her about how did she know if she had alcohol in her system, her response was after an hour of being sober she feeds. So I’m breastfeeding and also bottle feed my daughter formula maybe 1-2 times a day sometimes I don’t bottle feed her, it depends. Well I have light pink spotting 😮 could I be getting my period?
I thought when you breastfed your period didn’t come until later on .. and sometimes up to a year 🧐
Also my supply is decreasing, could it be cause I will get my period ?

Almost 6 weeks old, started rolling off and on at just a week old, and now is awake for 4-5 hours a day. She also is starting to stare at people who talk to her. 😭 I’m so in love
