vitacoco coconut water does wonders for me.... I literally see a difference the next day.

I drink water but seems like I only do 2oz quick per breast and after that only lil drops but it takes forever to drop from my pump.

Mothers milk tea, oatmeal and LOTS of water 🙌🏼 that saved me lol
