Any fitness advice on how to recover from a csection..I know you can't really be right the first weeks so can't have a flat stomach right away
but I don't wna have my stomach skin all loose either😑 and what about the foods I can eat or drink while breastfeeding?
I'm sorry :(. I didn't have c-sections. A lot of my mom customers do PiYo because it's easy on the scar while it's healing. Just try to eat clean, avoid processed foods, sugar, and drink lots of water.
