Asked my doctor about having my Baby normal since I had my 1st csection about 7 yrs ago..
She provided me with the info & risk.
For a C-section there is a chance my scar can open up during labor yet it's only been a few cases it happens but for this I will have to sign a consent bcux me or the baby can be at risk if it was to happen. She said if I do a csection then I will be scheduled for one at 39 weeks. I'm currently 35.
She said to think about it and just let her know
my decision on next week's appointment🤔
Idk what to decide I really don't want another csection but if it's for the best then I guess I will
have to do it😔

Yeah that's understandable. I had a panic attack during my csection and I am terrified to have another one so I went with a VBAC and I'm doing the same with this one. All that matters is urs and the baby's health so if the doctor is willing and you are I say try. but its all up to u

@veenuusx33, I really want to experience vaginal birth & having SPD with her being low & my linning being thin on my ultrasound I feel like I'm up for it but they did tell me the risks which scared me. My csection wasn't a good experience since I got really sick & I met my 1st born a week after birth due to my sickness. I think the experience got me all traumatized

I had my 1st child c section because she was breech. I got pregnant with my 2nd when she was 3 and had my 2nd daughter when she was 4. I had a vbac and it was successful. I was in active labor for 10 hours before I had her. I say if u wanna try for a vaginal birth do it. I had to deliver in a high risk hospital just in case anything went wrong.

something else to keep in mind is after 2 cesarean births, if you are to have a third baby and you really want to birth naturally it will be nearly impossible to find anyone to help you with a vbac

A lot of doctors push it too a c section because that's more money for them...my mom had my brother through c section and had me vaginal and we are 2 years apart, everything went well..just go with your gut feeling if u feel safe go for it but if ur worried then do c section

I ended doing a C-section again.. also they were gonna have me sign a consent if I wanted to deliver normal but then hearing the risk... I heard there's 1% chance of the risk happing which is very low... but I was 1 out of 100 women who's placenta rupture so I didn't wanna risk it. I might be that 1%
