Ladies any advice on birth control, has anyone had the depo shot? If so what was your experience with it?

I have been having menstrual like cramping a lot lately and bad pain and pressure in my pelvic area and bad pain in my right hip. Any ideas why this is happening I'm 36 weeks.

My baby shower is next Sunday and my mother and brother ordered me the bassinet I wanted and it came in yesterday and I can't stop thinking about how much I want it already and to set it up at my house already lol.
