My baby is 6 months old and keeps falling asleep getting stuck in the crib. Arms or legs. When is it safe to put the crib liner/bumpers on? I heard they aren't safe because they can suffocate.

I feel like I completely loss my relationship with my parents because all they care about is my baby -- aka their first grandchild. 💔 I know it's new to them but it sucks that I can't even have a conversation with them anymore. And now I dread anytime they want to pop over for a visit 😩

Any mommies have advice on how to improve wrist pain? I'm a new mommy and my wrist hurts so bad from holding my baby that it's getting hard to pick her up out of her crib now. Or are there any tricks to holding your baby so your wrist doesn't hurt? I don't want to do any permanent damage by continuing this way!
