What do you do when you realize you haven't been happy in years and you don't know how to get that back??? I don't know how to be really happy again. I feel like I keep falling further away. 😞

How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol

Pregnancy might be making you feel more emotional. Im sure once the baby arrives you'll feel better ☺ I have plenty of reasons to be unhappy, but i wake up everyday and choose happiness. I tell myself "its a new day with endless possibilities, lets have a good day!" And I try to stay positive.
