I wonder...my appetite is shot to sh*t now....meaning, I eat maybe once a day, don't drink a lot of water but will guzzle juice and mothers milk tea, and take prenatals daily still. I wonder if my milk is not filling to my baby. She does have a lot of wet diapers, but doesn't poop daily.

Breastfed babies sometimes go a couple days between poopie diapers because their body is actually using all the vitamins and stuff they need from the milk. My daughter is 6mo and goes poop every other day or every 2 days

I can definitely relate to that I also lose my appetite rite after birth 2 weeks ago not sure if I should be worried because I also breast feel🤔🤔🤔

I would encourage you to eat more frequently...3 meals a day and snack in between. you should be eating an additional 500 calories while breastfeeding.
