Exxxxtreme morning sickness and when I took a hpt at 5 weeks, the line was really dark as opposed to a faint line i got at 5 weeks with my son

Ultrasound. Well at first when I went in for the first one they asked if I was told that my hormone levels where high, then asked if twins ran in the family. Then I saw the screen 😲

Extreme morning sickness and being so super tired all the time. Like way worse than my other 2 pregnancies. Then I went for my neucal translucency at what was thought to be my 12 week mark but as soon as she touched the wand to my belly there was two sacks! Which was funny because my friend kept telling my that we were going to end up with twins!!!
