My advice for future mums who are a lot earlier on than me... No-one really told me anything about SPD. Basically it's where you pelvic bone is not in alignment this happens because your muscles soften in preparation for birth. If this happens to you.. It's going to hurt like shit I'm not going to sugar coat it. It will probably go away once you have had your baby. You may have pains in your upper thighs but most probably in your pelvic bone.
