Any apps or anything that you would recommend to help lose weight after a c section? my son just turned a month old and doc said start slow but I need to lose some weight to be healthy and not so many health problems.

my son only can latch with s nipple shield. we are beyond tight on money at Iv had to get 3 more cause my dog keeps taking them and I can't find them anywhere. I keep them up by kitchen sink. now I can't afford another but I need him to latch to me. any ideas❓❓

❓❓❓Ways to increase milk supply?? Driving from CA to WI and would like to have some frozen milk so I'm not stopping every little bit to feed my son. He will be 1 month old in 5 days. ❓❓

Well today would have been my due date but God had other plans and my handsome little man is 20 days old today!!!

37 hours of labor. Fowley bulb to force me to be 4cm to pills to soften cervix to heart beat monitor on top of sons head and contraction monitor internally placed as well to having to get epidural cause of my preeclampsia my blood pressure was getting too high to ending c section. But he is now here!!!

❗❓❗❓❗TODAY IS INDUCTION DAY!!!! GOING TO HOSPITAL IN 2 HOURS AND COULDNT BE MORE HAPPY/NERVOUS IN MY LIFE!!!!!!

Going to hospital 6am tomorrow!!!! Induction Day!!! Soooo nervous and no clue what to expect!!! All I know is I truly can't wait to meet this little man and truly know the meaning of love at first sight!!

My hubby and 2 of our 3 fur babies... :) Can't wait till Thursday to add our baby boy!!!
