Have a WIC appt Tuesday which is for checks and the breastfeeding class. No idea what to expect with this class but hopefully it gives some useful info.

@ckatx3, Sorry such late response but he will be supposed to be getting deployed few days b4 baby is born but they letting him stay for birth and 10 days after but then he being sent overseas. they say 8 months minimum so it could be much longer but ya never know. It will just be me and baby alone.

@ckatx3, Nice!! Im excited now! Ill be on my own just a few days after born till he is between 8mon to a year old so ill need all the info i can get.
Haha same here!! It's really helpful, they give you these hotlines to call if you ever need help and pamphlets with all sorts of info..

It's pretty cool, they show you positions to hold your baby in while breastfeeding and what to avoid
