So my kids father filed for divorce and put that it’s a mutual agreement. I don’t sign the papers but he has been mentally abusing me and financial abuse to me he took all my money I have zero dollars I never worked because he didn’t want me to I don’t know what to do at this point please I need some advice
I don’t have money for a lawyer and he is refusing me to work because I have to care for my daughter
I was in New Mexico and he kept on begging me to come back so I came back to get abused again I don’t know what to do at this point I give up on everything

Save all the convos and only converse in email or text. You’ll get alimony. He filed. He wants the divorce. He has to provide still. Look for free lawyers for women in your area.
