I really dislike when authors switch first person pov throughout a book using multiple characters. I can handle the switch between two, maybe three, but more than that will cause me to dislike a book.
Is it just me or has this become more and more common with authors? Does it drive anyone else crazy??

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
!!! one of my pregnancy books just told me if I dont start throwing up in week 5 I could be more likely too have a miscarriage is this true
So I have issues sleeping and the new nurse came in woke me up to tell me they are switching when it clearly says not to wake me!!! Ugh
Even if you don't agree you can still try to " understand that person & at least listen " it's not hard. I believe in God but I wanted a lady who was an atheist to share her views with me. I didn't just shoot her down. That's the kinda person I am. I don't hate or dislike anyone for their views just bc they differ from my own but I do pray for everyone. I wish more ppl were like that. Just respect me & ill respect you.

Curious if it’s become more common bc of books like Game of Thrones and Outlander which have both been super popular on TV? Multiple POVs won’t cause me to immediately dislike a book, but it is harder to get into them, enjoy them and follow along sometimes. Especially GoT where it’s a 1,000+ page book!

I’ve wondered that too! I’m also curious if it’s becoming more common because it’s easier to write books like that? It’s just harder to get into the books and enjoy them. The story line would have to be amazing for me to enjoy the book. I rarely abandon books (almost never) so I will push through regardless… just gets on my nerves!
