water might have broke got up too go pee and got off the toilet walked too my living room and felt something wet walked back too the bathroom and it was a faint milky watery leakage all over my theigh I wiped and cleaned up and more of my mucus plug came out I've been loosing it all day I'm also 2 cm dilated as of yesterday and my contractions have been on and off since about 8pm everything started around 7

so I'm 38 weeks and I'm having contractions on and off and about 15 min apart I'm dilated about 3 cm and baby is head down and my cervix is thinned but no mucus plug ...is this normal and how can I help my contractions stay and be more frequent
