The insurance paid out for Megan’s car within 2ish weeks. They gave her 4,900 for her Camry that she only paid $800 for 🤣🤣 what’s taken so long is the pain and suffering etc. I missed almost 3 weeks of work because of this. Megan just completed physical therapy over her hand. After Megan completed that, they sent all our records over to the insurance adjuster and we are waiting on their offer. Either we accept their offer or we decline and we keep going back and forth. The lawyer said we could go to trial over over our case because the dad and they insurance company was negligent to let that kid drive. He is 17 and I was his 5th accident, 3rd vehicle he ended up totaling.

well when Tim and his daddy got in that wreck they hired a lawyer it took almost a year to get the money.

Thank you! I’ve never been in a fender bender before, let alone a wreck. Scariest moment was looking back and seeing my son screaming but no sound coming out. 😭 the EMS said they’ve seen a lot less damage turn out fatal that someone was looking out for us that day. I was going 55mph when I hit him (I had the car in cruise control) I had no time to react. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to driving with my kids and people being pulled over on the shoulder.
