For us it comes down to finances. We both have good jobs and will have steady income until we retire, but paying for 4 different educations, contributing to weddings, clothing, food, etc. Especially as teens was the deciding factor. I would love to one day try for a girl, but there is no guarantee. I'm happy to have experienced 4 healthy pregnancies and children.
I knew that I was done with the baby stage and was ready to enjoy life as a complete family. Going out to dinner, lots of vacations and fun activities where I was completely involved and not off to the side taking care of a baby. I have a feeling now with my 3 kids and husband as being very fulfilled and I know I don't need or want anymore than what we have.

@kellynicole o I bet! One of my best friends as well as my mom are both nurse practitioners. Its such an amazing job 😍. But so time consuming and hard. Damn near impossible pursuing that with a newborn and 2 other kids!

Personally I didn’t like the changes my body went through during pregnancy. I’m glad I got to experience it once but I know it’s something I don’t want to do again. I also want to make sure my daughter has a good life and has everything she needs idk if that’s possible with two kids for my family. I’m happy with just one. 😊
I think feeling happy with what you have is a huge part of it. I feel completed with my two
I don’t want more than 2. Balancing work, parenting, and household responsibilities is a LOT of work. I know my limits lol. Plus, I am older so I know for sure I am finished.
Yeah I’m going to school and I’ll be in 6-8 years of school and then starting a career. And a whoops baby would really mess with my plan as well as my sanity
@kellynicole, Going to school is hard enough without adding a pregnancy and baby in the mix! You know what’s best for you and your family!
I can only mentally and physically handle 2 children. 😂
@kellynicole, yup! I feel like only you know your limits. Even though I love babies and sometime I think about it but it’s not tangible for me anymore.
