Okay moms with kids in school. What’s the typical things your child needed when starting kindergarten? My daughters school is sooo unorganized we have yet to receive our list that we would normally be given during registration but I want to start getting things now even without the list. They also told us that we’d have to help provide classroom essentials I just don’t know what those are.

I would honestly hold off until you know what your school year may look like and you can get a list. That being said if you do start school as normal, I think a few of the standard things are Kleenex, Lysol wipes, pencils, glue, markers (washable or possibly dry erase), notebook or folder

Crayons, pencils, safety scissors, a few folders, composition books. This e are the basics, some schools ask you to provide headphones for computer lessons, I’ve been asked for dry erase markers, copy paper, hand sanitizer, tissues, wipes (baby and cleaning), ziploc bags.

We don’t get our school lists until August after teacher/class assignment.

Wait until you get the list. We usually put ours out during the summer but we have held off because we have to redo our lists since kids need masks and won’t be able to share supplies.
