Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

I did think about it and I figured her wedding would be at least 6 months (this year) or 18 months (next year) depending on when she’s getting married but honestly I would be so scared, it’s someone’s big day and I’m just not there yet. I mean who knows in 6 months time I could be amazing (😂) and regret turning it down, but I would hate to have ruined someone’s day x

I know but I’m such a baby 😂 it’s not until November so in one hand I think that’s 10 months to have gained experience and improved myself but in another I think if I haven’t, she’s already paid and booked and potentially gonna have average mediocre pictures 😞

Nothing about your photography skills are “average” imo!! How else are you going to gain experience in the real world? I do understand you need to find your feet and build that confidence , just don’t let your doubts rule you! Xx

Maybe you could ask to do the event for no (or a low) fee (so she could also hire someone who is confident), and she could look at the shots you get and pay for any good pictures? That way you can build you portfolio, but you don't have the pressure of make sure you get the perfect shots? X
