@nessairieray, I throw up lava in the middle of the night if I eat to late.. I take a lot of medicine called Mylanta, it’s about the only medicine that works for me. I eat small meals, and lots of fruit. And I drink about gallon of water a day. But since I started doing this early- like 6 weeks I don’t really have a problem cause it’s become a routine..

My sister has it. She has bad acid reflux and couldn't eat no more hot stuff nor coffee because it would make her have panic attacks where she couldn't breath. She burped up alot like a little bit of throw up here and there everytime she burped. And my son's dad also has it but he has it worst but he doesn't eat right 😑

I never had acid reflux before but it sounds painful and scary. 😔 sorry you're going through that.

@nessairieray yea when she found out she had it she couldn't eat anything for a long time and lost like 40 lbs. She was only able to eat like a can of Campbell's soup a day. And only water. She was scared to eat and drink other things. She's eating more now though that was yrs ago. But she has really bad anxiety now and won't go anywhere without my mom. I think it made her paranoid. But she stays burping all day. She recently starting eating hot cheetos lol after like almost 10 yrs I think.

@kkmamax3, the regular ranch dressing and omg I can’t eat tomatoes especially the tomatoes sauce they put on pizza or watever that is I noticed pizza is what triggers it too and I love pizza 😢 I’m just so sad to say goodbye I’m scared idk what meats to eat now
