My belly picture<3 18weeks & 3days pregnant. I got up at 1:55am... ate me a couple oranges and didnt go back to bed til 8am ugh these no sleep things killing me. I am so tired. Does anyone know if I can take anything to keep me a sleep??? This is an every night thing since i hit about 16weeks...can anyone recommend me anything thats safe to take while pregnant?
Is there anything pregnant woman can take to help them sleep ?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Is there anything I can take or do to help me get pregnant???
My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.

Thanks cause i keep getting up at freaking 3 or 4 am every morning... its killing me im so wore out and drained.
