@jacesterlingsmommy, those ones would probably be fine then but I know that the ones they give you at the doctors have more iron in them that's what my doctor told me

mine told me to start while I was trying .

the high amounts of iron that's in them can be dangerous if taken when not pregnant

You shouldn't take prenatals unless you're pregnant
