What kind of diet should i start with i heard keto good and bad side of it is there any other kind of diets i can start with i need to start next month sobi can start my diet

You definitely do not want to do the keto diet! You want to make sure that you are drinking lots and LOTS of water (close to 100 oz. a day). You want to make sure that you’re eating every 2.5 to 3 hours. You also want to make sure that you have portion control and eat your lean and green meal. (Im a health coach so just giving you the gist of it.) You want to make sure that you are getting the appropriate amount of carbs and depending on your lean that you eat, you want to make sure you get the right amount of healthy fats also.

Sorry for the delay... keto is not good long term solution at all. It works short term because as humans we need instant gratification... I definitely don’t recommend it.

Balance, counting macros helps people live a sustainable lifestyle and achieve their goals.

You can count your calories. My fitness pal is a great app for that.
