Been awhile since I been on here.. but if you remember me! I always wanted to get pregnant, have a baby and it never happened. I got really depressed. End of 2018 I finally found someone that could tell me what was wrong... & I found out I have PCOS. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I cried and cried.. couldn’t even talk about it without crying! It’s still emotional but I’m fighting this and claiming that I will get my little baby :)

Any women with PCOS.. what did you do to help you get pregnant? My dr prescribed me, Metformin, Letrozole & Medroxyprogesterone .. how well did these help you?

Also on my couple YouTube channel with my boyfriend, I did a video on PCOS & talked about the symptoms & my journey leading up to finding out and now . On YouTube under “ Lo & Dayj Journey “ .. if interested 🥰

I am 26, I was diagnosed with pcos when I was about 16. I had 3 miscarriages, and then in 2017 I was blessed with my son and this year have been blessed with a little girl. It is possible to still have a child even with it. I know that the medication Metphomime (not sure if spelling is correct) has helped alot of women I've known with pcos. I took it for about 2 months and then stopped and about a month or 2 later is when I found out was pregnant with my son. So could talk to your Dr about trying that out.

I’m 28. I struggled with pcos since the age of 15. I would get irregular periods, weight gain around my stomach, and excessive facial hair growth. They put me on metformin and birth control. I wasn’t good at taking pills so I would play around with them and at the age of 27 I got pregnant naturally. & gave birth at 37 weeks. There are options to help you get pregnant with pcos. It isn’t impossible. I wish you the best of luck hun.

@daysiav, the metformin is supposed to help you lose weight and to help your insulin because most people with pcos are insulin resistant and that’s why you gain weight. If you lose weight it will be easier to get pregnant. Maybe play around with the pills like I did? I didn’t do it on purpose honestly I just really hate talking pills and always forget to take them

@tiffanieneela, yes my dr told me... losing weight is literally the best thing to do with the situation. & same... I forget so much to take the pills, but something told me today.. to get back on it and start taking them again
