Anyone’s child been sick recently with just a fever and no other symptoms? My daughter woke up with a fever yesterday am, I let her ride it out until she became fussy and uncomfortable. I gave her some Motrin that helped for 6 hours. I gave her more while

I waiting to do a store run for Tylenol because she was burning up. The second dose made her fever come down a little, later on I gave her Tylenol and she threw it up right away. I gave her a bath to help cool her. I have her in just a diaper. She had a low grade fever all night and this morning. This morning She got pretty hot so I tried to give her Motrin but she threw it up. She isn’t dehydrated. She has had sips of drink, she has had enough wet diapers, she isn’t eating much but that’s normal when sick. Right now she is sleeping on me, still has a fever but she doesn’t seem uncomfortable. Imma give it another day or so and if not better I’ll take her in. I know a uti in kids can cause fevers. Just wondering if maybe there’s other kids that have this and it’s a virus going around?
