Anyone know anything about private renting I'm having troubles with guarantors and I don't know if there's anyway around it I have no clue about this stuff so if anyone could help me out 😫
Hey I’m 26 with two children #myfirstpost Okay I’ll be real and explained why I joined, I didn’t know I could be looked up or anyone would actually see this post, I was informed someone I know has been stealing pics and I came to look and see what’s going on if any of mine were on there or anyone else I knew. I just typed until it let me post since it was required before I could look around on the app.
so i have decided i am not gunna go for the glucose test.. i know i should do but im actually having nightmares about it 😣😭 did anyone else have to have it but didnt go?
Anyone else get weird phone calls regarding a credit card that they don’t even know about?! Then when I tell them I don’t have any credit cards they hang up 🤷🏽 ♀

We private rent and didn't need a guarantor. We went straight to the landlord, not through an agency. X

With mine they wanted someone who earned like 30k and up as I didn't have anyone who owned there own home. Also most landlords I asked wanted 6 months rent up front if you have no guarantor. Private renting is hard when you don't have a guarantor.

I see I just got told they have to be a UK homeowner and earn 3 times the rent but I can't find anyone that's both x

For us it was they had to earn 3 times the monthly rent. My stepdad is our gauruntor and they don't own their house etc x

Can’t you ask again pretend you ain’t got the dog this time? Not being funny but it’s not like you are having much luck, i had to wait a year to get a private place. Council list is 10years in my area xx

yeah I could do good idea I mean it's not like she is a great Dane she is a miniature jack Russell and is never left home alone cuz she wont stay home by herself I told them I'm sorry but I cant get rid if our family pet I'm willing to wait for a property that will accept pets so they said we will call social services because you obviously cant make the right decisions for your children 😯 it scared the crap out of me so I went off the council now I'm in this situation 🤷♀️ xx

I have tryed this but I never seem to be able to contact them directly I just get told the same over and over again by the agencies xx

Yeah my mum owns her own home but she is now retired from dog breeding because of a growth in her spine but I can't find anyone else and and now I'm in panic mode 😫
