Recently ended my relationship with my unborn daughters father. I’ve been highly debating who’s last name she’s getting. My 1st born has my last name. Is it common to give the fathers last name even if your not with them an then your kids have different last names?
Depends if he is going to be a active part of her life... if he is going to be part of her life then she should have his name but knowing him he will run so....
@monkeysmommax2, I did he’s pulling the “idk how to feel” card and telling ppl he doesn’t think she’s his..but wants to sign the birth certificate an have a DNA test done...I don’t think I’ve ever met a more ridiculous person
@kalishiaadelong94 ha well 1. I could of told u that's he is a fucking fruit loop lol 2. There is your answer. If he goes for if he signs the bc then he is legally reliable for her even if the DNA came back someone is he has concerns but wants to sign the paper that make since 🤦♀️
@monkeysmommax2, right he’s a special one..🤦♀️
Can I ask why you don’t just wanna give this baby your last name too?
Issues with her father wanting her to have his last name and his family wants her to have his last name, I tried to compromise with giving her both and it was a sore subject
@kalishiaadelong94, i mean they can WANT all they want but it doesn’t mean you have to listen. I would just tell them y’all ain’t together and you want the baby to have the same as her siblings so if they don’t like it tough shit. Ain’t their kid.
Why'd you give the first ones your last name? And why not give this one your last name? PERSONALLY, I'd prefer all my children to have the same last name. But that's just me.
My 1st one got my last name because her biological father has no role in her life and I intend to keep it that way he’s a terrible person. But I feel like this one should get mine as well for that reason so they both have the same last name
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
I'd give her your last name based on the circumstance in the comments.
