Came to labor and delivery to get check I went to the bathroom and had bright red blood idk what that means I panicked alittle . I know mucus brown ish red is normal but it was all bright red. Anyone experience that?

Try to drink pineapple juice, walk up and down stairs and do squats it should help progress your labor. I wish you the very best!!

@stacybear1991, thank youuuu!!!! Once I leave here that’s what I’m going to do !! I live on the 5th floor and I’m going to walk up and down

Brown red and just red means your going to be going into labor

@stacybear1991, @buneeh, @jujum, I’m still 3 cm 50% effaced they dont think active labor but early labor ugh this is so discouraging I know baby will come when ready but I’ve been in pain since yesterday morning 😔
