You should take her to urgent care. That looks pretty bad and she's probably in a lot of pain. Let her go naked and dry out before putting anything on it. Desitin never worked for my kids. We use a&d. They have very sensitive skin and had to be changed as soon as they went. Make sure she is as dry as possible. Urgent care should be able to give you something stronger to clear it up.
Take her to the doctor or urgent care or er they will give you something stronger then regular diaper cream
That looks like yeast to me.

The butt paste and desitin never worked for my girls, usually only made it worse, we started using a&d that helped clear it up for us. Also could be yeast, so have her seen as soon as you can and they can prescribe something if it is.
Leave nappy off for a while for it to dry (put a towel down) then smother in Vaseline xx
Make an appointment with baby's doctor. It could be a reaction to something that's causing it. Looks like it hurts.
@youngmom20, I wouldn’t wipe it wipes though. I’d wet one of her towels with water and pat it when you change her.
@youngmom20 awww 😫 hopefully it will get better. I like to wash with soapy water, give a lower part a bath pretty much and then let her air dry as long as possible. Place paste as high in Zinc as possible.
Butt paste and keep it a dry as possible maybe try to leave the diaper off for a bit so it can get some air
Try giving her some nappy off time. It looks like the edges of her nappy and clothes have got wet and irritated her. Lots of cream on when you do put a nappy on and change her lots.
Ouch! Boudreaux butt paste. Let the area dry before applying. Give her some air time if you can.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
My daughter had a reaction like this when she had an allergic reaction to dairy and pineapple. I didn’t put a diaper on her for like 2 days during the day and when I did, I used cornstarch baby powder to keep the area dry. I also changed her constantly and used lots of diaper cream. I took her to the doctor for it because it scared me so bad. Hers wasn’t yeast, but they did give me some diaper cream and it really helped. You might want to go to the doctor.
