I got my first period after removing my iud
I haven’t had a regular period in a very long time I’m happy 😬😬🤣
But scared at the same time I really don’t want to get pregnant 😭😭 I have to learn about ovulation 🤨🥴

Giirl i just had my iud removed one the 17th of last month and I've had 2 periods since. They are AWFUL. I had my iud for about 2 years

Best buy some condoms until your period regulates out and you can start tracking it. Even that’s not hundred percent. Why did you get off birth control if you don’t want to be pregnant? Just curious
I had my iud for 7 years and it was time to take it out I choose not to put one back in because it was always in the back of my mind like what if it moves, ectopic pregnancy just real scary 🥴 I also gained a lot of weight through pregnancy and iud Ive been trying to shed the pounds so hopefully this helps
I need to look into the book taking charge of your fertility. I had my IUD taken out several months ago and so far I haven’t gotten pregnant. I’ve use this name along with taking opks and avoiding fertile week. It’s pretty effective
