Dont purchase your pushchairs / car seats early!! If they are faulty you will have difficulty getting a resolutions.

I purchased my car seat at the end of July (due to the manufacturer bringing out a new model and I needed the older model for my pushchair)

I purchased from a rally shop (recaro seat)

I had my baby on 23rd December. So my car seat was in use 14wks 5days when it broke!

But because I ordered early the bank nor PayPal will help.

Then I find out recaro dont make baby seats anymore and seized trading December 18. They will fix any item bought up until December 18. But the rules are I'm meant to seek the retailer first which I have and s/he is useless they want me to post back to Dudley so they can post back to Germany and for me to be without a car seat for how ever long it takes (my pushchair can't be used under 6months) so just be careful ladies. I've now lost £145

My car is totaled, I had to come out of pocket for a rental car. Both of my kids car seats were in the car and I’ve been stressing on how to buy new seats for them, she just told me that her and her husband bought us new car seats. I can’t stop crying.
