My girls father is supposed to have my kids today until 8pm. (It’s what we agreed on in our court order) well, he just text me and said “if you get the girls when u get off at 4 I’ll give u $100.”
He already owes me $150. Should I get my girls and take his money? Or should I let him figure it out since it’s clear he has plans he wants to do?

I don’t even have the energy to go back and forth I court anymore y’all. I’m 37 1/2 weeks (not his baby 😅) he’s a pain in the ass. The whole process is a pain in my ass.
He would never do anything or have them anywhere crazy y’all. Let’s be clear on that but he’s difficult toco parent with 🙄😩

I would get them bc I wouldn’t want them somewhere they are unwanted... then I’d let him keep the money & show the court the text.
Keep them there it’s his time with them. He already owes you money who is to say he will give the 100 and it’s only till 8pm yeah no keep them there
I would go get my kids and tell him that I’m taking him back to court to adjust visitations. Because obviously he doesn’t care for as much time as he already has with them.
And him offering money would just piss me off more. Those are my kids you don’t pay someone especially a parent to take kids.

I think I’ll just get the girls. I hate satisfying his needs but I’m moving tomorrow and could use the money I’ve been begging him for.

If so I'd ask for 250 (the 150 he owes and extra to pick them up early) to pick them up sooner.

Take your girls and the money, he may put them in a place where you wouldn’t like or be comfortable with
Knowing him he’s going to have them outside already with him puttin them in the car.
If that's what y'all agreed on, he should stay with them until that time. He can figure it out on his own.
