When they ask say milk after one book or a snack etc, start with one thing and slowly add more before nursing, eventually they start forgetting to even ask. You can also try putting bandaids over your nipples and tell her they have an owey and she can't nurse.

I started smearing random things on my nipples to stop my daughter from nursing. During the day when she would want boob I would distract her other ways and eventually weaned her off in 3 days. Night time was the difficult part, hence the smearing of random items lol. First I started with mustard and that didnt do anything. I also did vinegar and the gooey stuff from an aloe plant which didnt help either. Last thing I tried was peanut butter and that did the trick. She never latched on again at night and slept all 10 hours straight. It was glorious
