Your periods might be all over the place, especially if you’re bf. I’m still bf and some months I don’t have a period and others Ill have 3. Drives me crazy.

How many periods have you had since you gave birth? It’s probably still regulating, you might even skip the whole month.

I don’t think I had a ‘regular’ period for like 8/9 months after birth
