Hey mamas, So my breast are not making as much milk. I have tried everything, I bought these pills that had good reviews, i’m also taking fenugreek, I have been drinking lots and lots of water a day and I latch her on and at work I pump every two hours. But they’re just not making enough. So I’m trying to switch her to formula but she does not like it, We bought enfamil. Could it be the brand? Or she’s just picky and wants boobie milk only? Imm not making enough for her to get full. What can I do to so she will drink formula??

Fenugreek sometimes has the opposite effect on milk supply. Had the same issues with mine. Mine never liked the taste of Enfamil, so try Similac. It looks more like your milk and maybe that will trick her (it tricked mine and worked). Wishing you the best! Remember you're still an awesome mama even if you have to switch.

Enfamil offers a lot of different kinds of formula so you dont have to switch brands. I’ve only used Similac personally.. I do know Similac makes a formula for breast fed babies. It’s supposed to be used to supplement. They also offer organic formula and gentle/sensitive tummy formulas. Maybe try a formula that is lighter on the stomach or one specifically made for mostly breastfed babies like I just mentioned. Good luck!✨

So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. FTM problems... So I've made it pretty clear that I want to buy my daughter her fist Halloween costume. Her babysitter/nanny keeps saying she wanted to make her one. I told her yesterday that I wanted to find her something that my SO and I could dress up as a family. So I told her I am going to get it. She just text me and said 'not trying to step on your toes but I bought her two costumes'. She does this all the time. Anytime I want to do the "first" things with her she immediately does it. is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page

I need advice my boobs arent producing enough milk and I have been drinking water and eating the calories I need to eat and im still only producing about 2 ounces and thats in between both boobs and my babies pediatrician says that my baby needs atleast 4 ounces sense she is a month old now so is it okay to introduce formula ever once in a while when she isn't getting enough milk from my boobs if she is still hungary I dont want her to starve and I know she isnt getting enough milk because even after I fed her she will still show signs that she is hungary so any advice would be great.
