Moms with toddlers and a newborn on the way. How did you manage the stroller situation? Did anyone get a double stroller or do you just keep the single stroller and let the toddler walk when going places? It would be nice if hubby could be there 24/7 to carry my daughter but I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to do simple things such as going for a walk without worrying about my toddler running all around me while I try to stroll the newborn 🤔

She will nap if we go for long periods of time. The baby carrier is actually not a bad idea!
@miss_understood I have a double stroller that I've never used. Luckily it was given to me. But I plan on using it for our Disneyland trip. My daughter cant walk for that long. You still have plenty of time to decide
I wore my newborn and later got a baby trend sit and stand that allowed me to click the baby carrier into the stroller. After that I got a double bob.
I have a double stroller. And I have a carrier for e newbie.
Sibling board.
My first one will be 2 when this baby is born and we have single stroller that we can buy sibling board for. I also don’t have bassinet - they are useless.
I will probably always have some lightweight baby carrier for my newborn if my 2yo will insist on sitting/taking a nap in stroller.
Baby wear the youngest and toddler can sit in stroller if needed or walk.
I kept my single and I was also gifted a double stroller. I’m only using the double stroller for when we go to places that require a lot of walking like the zoo. Everywhere else I just take my single stroller and have my toddler walk. I also bring my carrier Incase so I can put the baby in the carrier and my toddler in the single stroller if needed.
We just sold our matching carseat and single stroller.
We have another carseat on the way and saving for the stroller ( convertible - goes from single to double ) that we want.
We are often on the go,. He and I will have to care for the babies ourselves because we work opposite shifts. So a stroller is a must. &’ With having a toddler and newborn, the double stroller just seemed like a perfect fit for our family.
I have a stroller for the baby and then I bought a backpack leash for my toddler. It is the best thing EVER! It lets her walk and run around but it keeps her from running off
You know what, I also have a wrist harness that I never used! Now might be the perfect time to use it. I forgot all about that thing lol
I only have 1 but I've seen strollers that have a little seat almost on the back of the stroller or a step for child to sit or stand on to kinda hitch a ride.

Good idea. I think we might do that because I'm always paranoid my daughter will run if I'm not holding her hand
@miss_understood, yeah like it’s good because kids they love to talk but they also get tired or if u at the store u don’t want them running around
I have a 4 y/o and my baby will be 6 months on 2/14. I wanted to do a double stroller but my oldest don’t like the stroller anymore, she likes walking. My husband said there was no point in getting one but I figured it would just be easier in case we were out and my oldest got tired of walking or sleepy. Especially when we go on vacations
That's what i was thinking about. Places like the zoo, park, out of town will be kind of tricky. So does your 4 year old stay by your side while strolling or do you find it difficult to keep an eye on them while pushing the baby?
@miss_understood, we actually haven’t used the stroller yet but usually when we go places she stays with us. If we go to the grocery store I put both of them in the buggy. We have just been carrying the car seat when we go to places

Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?

Ugh I know everybody parent differently but why are people so hard on newborns baffles me seriously....how do I MAKE my newborn sleep longer,how can I STOP my newborn from being clingy,how can I STOP my newborn from crying so much? How would you feel if you NEVER been somewhere before and you get there and all of a sudden people start trying to demand this and that of you would you feel like you walked into a boot camp of some sort? Really think about that....I'm done ranting I'm a bit annoyed

I have a single stroller. My daughter prefers to walk but I also take my Tula baby carrier just in case my daughter gets tired and I wear my son. I guess it depends on the child does your toddler still nap
