I would add more details about your current program with La Familia. You mention taking workshops and learning skills, but you should add specifics about what those skills are. For example, if you took a workshop on typing, call that skill out specifically.

As a hiring manager, I look for exactly what skills you have and I tend to ignore anything that is too general. There isn't anything listed here that would tell me what it is you have experience in or are interested in doing. I'd remove the "objective" section, as well.
