Question for my exclusively breastfeeding mommas: if I drank some wine or a mixed drink how long does it take for the alcohol to be out my system ??

mommasgirlxx Theres alcohol strips! To be on the safe side lol!! You would pump then put the strip
haileybuttons A good rule of thumb is if you can drive, you can breastfeed!
mommagotbump16 Ditto above! On average it takes 1 hr to metabolize one drink if that helps.

dohmommy2016 per my Dr if it just flows out of mouth it's spit up and if it's vomit
